45% of people in Australia will experience a mental health problem in their lifetime and the other 55% will be required to care for them. Mental illnesses can affect a person’s education, movement into vocational roles, forming key social relationships including marriage and the formation of habits such as the use of alcohol and other drugs.

Attend the morning session and in a relaxed social environment learn from the Mental Health Commisioner and Anthony Hart, who has learnt experience of the devastating effects mental illness can have on your life.
We will present you with some tools to help you start having those conversations.
