Registration Terms and Conditions
Ticket sales close 7 days prior to the event date. Places are limited and if places are all sold, you will be placed on a waiting list.
Event Cancellation
In the event of a Event cancellation by Distinctive Training Services, we reserve the right to cancel, postpone or re-schedule events due to low enrolments or unforeseen circumstances. In these circumstances, a refund will be provided within 14 days of cancellation. Distinctive Training Services is not responsible for accommodation, flights or other associated costs.
Customer Cancellation or Ticket Transfer
Customers are able to cancel anytime up to 7 days prior to the start date of an event. You can cancel your enrolment and receive a full refund or request a transfer to another scheduled event of the same course within 1 month.
Customers who cancel less than 7 days prior to the commencement of an event will not receive a full refund. Refund amount will be at the discretion of Distinctive Training Services.
Requests for cancellation or transfer to another scheduled event, made less than 7 days prior to the start date of the workshop will be declined.
