Distinctive Training Services offers a 3 hour interactive and self-reflective workshop. It is geared to help you take a moment to reflect on and understand what stressor are impacting your life, things you may not be aware of right now.

We’ll walk you through the process of looking at stress factors, helping you identify what is important to you, and provide you with interactive tools and a strategy for diffusing the negative impact of these stressors.
