In this 3 hour session we will work through what makes a leaders vs a manager. You will look at key leaders and what gave them ‘the edge’.

Leadership behaviours can be learnt and by the end of the session you will have a greater understanding of the key characteristics of a leader.  You will be challenged on what you can do to gain the necessary abilities to become a better leader in your role whether as a manager, employee, sports coach or on a Board, whatever your leadership position might be.

How to have those challenging conversations with employees. It is something we can all improve on to excel in your chosen field.
