Covid-19 Self Isolation – Work From Home Wellbeing Support
During times of upheaval, uncertainty and things changing almost daily, employers are facing renewed pressures from all directions. Not least of all employers are making the unprecedented decision for their employees to work from home, where possible, to keep their business moving forward while following government self-isolation recommendations.
Employees who have never before faced this option are reporting that they are finding it and the frequent updates and changes to recommendations causing them fear, feelings of being overwhelmed, sad and anxious.
Distinctive Training Services are keen to ensure that when the working situation returns to normal, that businesses are in the best possible situation to hit the ground running, by providing wellbeing support services now.
Our Wellbeing Coaches (WC) are ready to assist organisations to meet their legislative, insurance, risk and social conscience responsibilities.
Caring for employees and their wellbeing when they are working away from their physical workplace can be fraught with issues on both sides!
Expressions of Interest is now being taken for companies who want to ensure the needs and support mechanisms are in place for their employees.
We have in place 6 month support programs with the option for increasing this where required.
A Wellbeing Coach can work with up to 30 employees one day per week
