There is a lot of talk lately about mental health and well-being! Have you experienced the feeling of being overwhelmed by life – whether being faced with work stressors, family demands, the requirements of your children, demands placed on parents or bills piling up? Does that sound familiar? If the constant juggling act leaves you feeling flat, without energy and asking how to get some clarity through all the ”noise” of life, this topic might just help!

This facilitated interactive and self-reflective workshop is inclusive and will not only answer questions about mental health and well-being, it will also consider types and ranges of stressors that can affect you and we will clarify what resilience is.

Learn how to become more confident in your own ability to respond and deal with a crisis and how to build resilience.

The workshop is aimed at anyone who wants to help themselves – consider what you are doing now and what aspects of your life you can/ would/ should improve on in order to thrive.

You will leave the workshop with more clarity and practical ways to build resilience and empower yourself.
