We are going to take an aerial view of past generations, when they were born and key characteristics they display.

The Z generation, defined as those born between 1995 and 2015, are known as Australia’s first ‘’Digital Integrators’’ and the first generation born who are fully digitally integrated.  They are the largest generation ever, making up 20% of Australia’s population and 30% of the world’s population.

There are very specific requirements when it comes to working with Gen Z-ers and if you’re wanting to get the best out of them in the workplace.

Our 3 hours short course is a must for anyone leading or working with a Gen Z-er, the oldest who is around 24 years old now.

They can be fantastic employees, but you have to understand what makes them tick!
