Understanding an individual’s work preference is important to developing an individual, team and an organisation’s performance.  When there is a good match between the individual’s work preferences and their role, they are more likely to enjoy their work, develop the necessary skills and perform well in their role.

The Team Management Profile (TMP) is a 60-item questionnaire that aims to understand an individual’s work preference.  From the Margerison-McCann Team Management Wheel, the profile will highlight the individuals major and two related work preferences.

The TMP can be used to improve self-awareness of leadership skills, decision-making skills, interpersonal skills and team building.

If you would like to see the profiling in action, you will need to register and pay for the session, the questionnaire will then be forwarded to you which you will need to complete prior to attending the session.  During the session we will explore the report in depth and give you useful tips on how this can be implemented in your workplace.
