We all have unconscious biases – from where we choose to live, the people we associate with, to those we choose to date and more.   Choices unconsiously made in all aspects of our life, including business decisions.

Uncounscious choicees can have detrimental effects on your creativity, diversity and inclusivity with in your business workplace. Developments in neuroscience indicate that our biases are formed over the course of our life and held in our subconscious, mainly resulting from societal and parental conditioning.

In this 3 hour session you will learn about what unconscious bias is; we question whether diversity and inclusion really matter; what micro affirmations are; how we can address our hidden biases and constructive examples of addressing unconscious biases, along with some case studies.
